Space Combat: Llanic Station Strike is one of the third tier of space combat missions for the Republic side. Once reaching level 28, it is one of two missions that become unlocked and is accessible through your galaxy map.

Description

An illegal Imperial chemical weapons program has been traced to a space station in the remote Llanic system. Republic forces have been dispatched, but additional ships are requested to ensure that the Empire's deadly creations are completely destroyed.

Bonus Mission: Take Out the Communication Array

On the underside of the station there is a communication array (antennas pointing down). Destroying this will grant you the completion of a Bonus Mission. It seems to take about 20 missiles to destroy the array. The bonus quest credits and xp for destroying the array is only available once per day. However, the target will still reward it's normal 500 xp for destroying it on subsequent missions.

Destroying the targets specified in the mission objectives will yield an additional 1750 XP as follows:

• Interceptor: 7 XP x 60
• Destroyer Turret: 10 XP (bonus)
• Defensive Satellite: 50 XP x 4
• Station Hangar: 50 XP x 4
• Station Antenna: 35 XP x 4
• Station Turret: 35 XP x 12
• Station Shield Generator: 35 XP x 2
• Station Communication Array: 500 XP x 1

Daily Mission

There is an associated daily mission you can get on your ship which sends you back to Space Combat: Syvris Evacuation and Space Combat: Llanic Station Strike after completing the initial quests. It is called Operation Ardent Wave and rewards upon completion:
