	While affected by your own Kolto Shell, firing Rapid Shots at an enemy has a 50/100% chance to trigger your Kolto Shell. This effect cannot occur more than once every 3 seconds, but this rate limit is separate from Kolto Shell's rate limit. This effect will not occur at full health.

Peacekeeper is a tier 6 Mercenary Bodyguard skill. It requires 1 point in Kolto Shell in order to be unlocked. Bodyguard is dependent on this skill.

Patches[]

Patch 1.4.0 (26 Sep 2012): Is a new 2-point skill. While protected by your own Kolto Shell, firing Rapid Shots at an enemy now triggers your Kolto Shell (this can only happen once every 3 seconds). This does not trigger if your health is full.
