Gilded Prototype Storage Cases can be purchased from Equipment Commendations Vendors on Balmorra (Republic) and Taris (Empire) for 8 
Planetary Commendations. They can also be purchased from the equivalent counterparts of the vendors found on the Republic and Imperial Fleets.
