Despair is a level 16 mission available to characters belonging to the Sith Empire. It is obtained on Balmorra by speaking with Lieutenant Thorpe just outside the Markaran Imperial Outpost in the Sunstruck Grasslands.
Summary
| “ | The Balmorran resistance brought cyborg mercenaries from offworld, using experimental drop technology to land them on the planet. Lieutenant Thorpe wants you to kill these mercenaries and bring back the experimental rocket packs they carry.
Head to the Markaran Plains and loot cyborg rocket packs from the cyborg mercenaries. |
