The Bastion is a West Coast US server with a PvP rule-set. It went live on launch day, December 20, 2011.

Server consolidation

• On Tuesday, June 12, 2012, The Bastion was opened as a transfer destination for players from Rakata Mind Prison server (NA West PvP).
• On Wednesday, June 13, 2012, the following servers were selected as additional origin transfer servers:

• Black Vulkars
• The Crucible Pits
• Daragon Trail
• Dark Reaper
• Infinite Empire
• Mandalore the Indomitable
• The Maw
• Nadd's Sarcophagus
• Shadowtown
• The Swiftsure
• Warriors of the Shadow
• Wound in the Force

• On Sunday, July 1, 2012, Ajunta Pall (NA West RP-PvP) was selected as an an additional origin transfer server.
