1st Cutscene -- Nem'ro's Palace[]

Dheno Rey: "Don't be in such a hurry, Blade. Don't you remember me? Your old buddy, Dheno Rey?"
(If male) Dheno Rey: "You haven't aged well since we met up on Hoth. Your nose... and your skin! But you couldn't be an imposter--you know your friend Dheno."
(If female) Dheno Rey: "I don't think you looked this good when we met up on Hoth--or so girly. But you couldn't be an imposter--you know your friend Dheno."
  • My old buddy... ("Of course I remember you, Dheno! How long's it been?")
Dheno Rey: "Little too long, it seems. Turns out we've got a problem."
  • I don't know you. ("Sorry, I'm pretty sure we've never met.")
Dheno Rey: "Ah, then we have a problem."
  • Don't bother me. ("Get out of my way. I'm doing business with Nem'ro now.")
Dheno Rey: "Yeah, I'm hearing a lot about the Red Blade's visit to Hutta--which puts me in a bind."

Dheno Rey: "You see, you don't look like the Blade I know--the Blade who owes me credits."
(If male) Dheno Rey: "But you say you're the Blade, so I'll take you at your word--and ask for my money. You understand?"
(If female) Dheno Rey: "But you say you're the Blade, my pretty lady friend, so I'll take you at your word--and ask for my money. You understand?"
  • What do you want? ("Maybe we can deal. How much money are we talking about?")
Dheno Rey: "Let's see, I could factor in interest, what you did to my ship--but that's not how pals do things. I don't know where the real Blade is, and I don't care. But if you want me to keep your secret, I need enough credits to keep me comfortable."
  • (Male only) You're pushing it. ("Back off, Dheno--don't make me hurt you.")
Dheno Rey: "Right. I don't think so. I don't know where the real Blade is, and I don't care. But if you want me to keep your secret, I need enough credits to keep me comfortable."
  • (Female only) [Flirt] Don't you like me? ("I thought we were close, Dheno. I thought you were my very, very close friend.")
Dheno Rey: "Yeah... I can see that. But come on--I really do need the cash if I'm gonna keep your secret."
  • (Dark Side Icon +50 ) You scum. [Attack] ("I understand, all right. You're a rat who needs to die.")
Dheno Rey: "Is that so? Let's see what you can do, "Blade."" ([Cutscene ends, fight])

  • (Light Side Icon +50 ) Take some of my credits. ("Is that enough? Take your money and get out of here.")
Dheno Rey: "Good call. Been a pleasure seeing you again, Blade." ([Cutscene ends, no fight])
  • (Male only) You won't talk. ("You're bluffing. You wouldn't dare say anything.")
Dheno Rey: "You think? Well, you're right--talking does make things complicated. But if I kill you before you can run back to Nem'ro, I bet I can figure the scam you're pulling. And the Hutt'll pay me nicely." ([Cutscene ends, fight])
  • (Light Side Icon +50 ) (Female only) [Flirt] Be nice to a lady. ("Come on, you're a good guy. You'd take a girl's last few credits? Leave her broke and wanting?")
  • (Dark Side Icon +50 ) You forced my hand. [Attack] ("I don't have a choice. I can't let you talk.")
Dheno Rey: "Is that so? Let's see what you can do, "Blade."" ([Cutscene ends, fight])

Dheno Rey: "Look, maybe I could let the debt slide, just this once... for a "friend." Dheno and the Blade, you know?"
  • Excellent. ("I'd really appreciate that, Dheno.")
  • [Flirt] We go well together. ("I like the sound of that. I like it a lot, Dheno.")
  • (Dark Side Icon +50 ) Moron. ("Really, Dheno--don't do me any favors.")
Dheno Rey: "Fine. You asked for it--I'm going to take my credits after all." ([Cutscene ends, fight])

Dheno Rey: "Glad to hear it. You know, we could head to my room, get cozy, talk about old times... we've got a lot in common, you and me."
  • No thanks. ("Tempting--but I have other business. Maybe we can catch up another day?")
Dheno Rey: "Sure, another time. I'll even keep your secret. No one can say I wasn't good to you..." ([Cutscene ends, no fight])
  • Sounds like fun. ("All right--so long as I can finish my business here when we're done.")
Dheno Rey: "I won't stop you. Come on--I'll show you a few things to really remember me by." ([Cutscene ends, no fight])
  • (Dark Side Icon +50 ) Forget it. ("I don't think so. You know what? I really don't need this.")
Dheno Rey: "Fine. You asked for it--I'm going to take my credits after all." ([Cutscene ends, fight])

2nd Cutscene -- Nem'ro's Palace[]

Karrels Javis: "Mm. Blade, come on over. Glad to see you're enjoying the palace. Look, I've only got five minutes before I have to go meet with some alien freaks, and I wanna ask you something. You've been around the galaxy a few times--what's it like dealing with the Empire?"
  • That's an odd question. ("Mind if I ask why you wanna know?")
Karrels Javis: "You're one of the last real independents. I admire you for that--but your kind is dying out."
  • Pretty smooth. ("It's been good business, and the government hasn't given me much trouble.")
Karrels Javis: "You're one of the last real independents. I admire you for that--but your kind is dying out."
  • Trouble. ("The Empire's a pain to deal with. I stay away from it, these days.")
Karrels Javis: "You're lucky to have that luxury. Not many of us do."

Karrels Javis: "The Hutts have taken control of the gangs. And I think real soon, the Republic and Empire will want control of the Hutts--even if Nem'ro won't believe it. So if we gotta pick a side, I wanna pick a winner... and I don't see the Empire losing."
  • So what's your plan? ("Sounds reasonable, but what are you going to do about it?")
Karrels Javis: "For starters, I make sure I'm not being stupid. There's more on the line than business."
  • Good call. ("Like it or not, the Empire does seem to be the future.")
Karrels Javis: "I hope so--and not just because of business, either."
  • Wrong. ("The Empire's got plenty of troubles. If you think it's a guaranteed winner, you're fooling yourself.")
Karrels Javis: "Maybe I am. I have reasons."

Karrels Javis: "My sons are free traders--they're doing business in the Sullust system. It's their first time doing business with the Empire, so I worry. I probably shouldn't. But you came to me for a reason. What can I do for you, Blade?"
  • Let's work together. ("You know Hutta pretty well, but you don't have my skills. I thought we could partner up for a job.")
Karrels Javis: "Is that right? Huh. Normally I wouldn't, but lately I could use someone who works alone and gets results."
  • I hear Nem'ro isn't your fan. ("Word is that you're on the outs with your boss. Is it true?")
  • Money. ("Look, I need credits, fast, and I'm not picky about what it takes.")
Karrels Javis: "I'm not a charity. Still--I could use someone who can work alone and get results."

Karrels Javis: "Nem'ro's been stewing in his slime ever since we lost a shipment of rare ores in the Evocii lands. He blames me for some reason. Now the Evocii--they're Hutta natives, from before the Cartel came. They mostly want us dead. If you'll get that shipment back, I'll pay you good."
  • You can't handle this? ("You've got a lot more resources than I do. You can't recover the shipment yourself?")
Karrels Javis: "The Evocii are easy to fight here, on our territory. In the swamps, though, they're a lot sneakier."
  • Agreed. ("All right. I'm interested.")
Karrels Javis: "Then maybe we both come out ahead."
  • You want to name a number? ("How much money are we talking about?")
Karrels Javis: "More than enough. I'm not negotiating."

Karrels Javis: "There's a work camp outside of Jiguuna. Nem'ro set it up for some Evocii who wanted peace. Bad deal; poor rubes. The chief there--Odeph--was supposed to talk to the other Evocii tribes about returning the ore, but he didn't come through. He knows something, though. Now if you'll excuse me, I have an appointment to keep. But I look forward to seeing if the Red Blade's as good as they say."

3rd Cutscene -- Evocii Work Camp[]

Work Camp Thug: "You said you were gonna get the ore back."
Odeph: "I have done all I can. They... the other tribes will not listen."
Work Camp Thug: "If you say so. Hey--you the Red Blade? Heard you were coming. Thought we'd soften up the chief for you."
  • I want to talk to him. ("Karrels sent me. I'll take it from here.")
Work Camp Thug: "He's all yours." ([Thugs leave; Path 1])
  • (Light Side Icon +50 ) Step away from him. ("Right--he looks pretty dangerous. Get out of here.")
Work Camp Thug: "Yeah? Fine. Call out if you need us." ([Thugs leave; Path 1])
  • How's that going? ("Any luck with your "interrogation"?")
Work Camp Thug: "Says he's real sorry he couldn't make a deal. That's about it." ([Thugs stay; Path 2])

Path 1[]

Odeph: "I... I am Odeph of the Evocii. Leader of the Voam, sacred keeper of histories. I greet you in peace and I... am grateful."
  • I'm investigating a theft. ("I heard you're the one to talk to about Nem'ro's missing ore.")
Odeph: "Yes. I will talk, but it will not please you. It was the other tribes who attacked your shipment. The Evocii who--who refuse peace."
  • You okay? ("Are you alright? Do you need a doctor?")
Odeph: "No. Thank you, but no. You've come about the ores, I think. I swear it was one of the other tribes who attacked your shipment. Evocii who refuse peace."
  • Cooperate or else. ("You know why I'm here. Start talking, or I'll do a lot worse to you.")
Odeph: "I--yes. I understand. I'll tell you about the ore. It was the other tribes who attacked your shipment. The Evocii who--who refuse peace."

Odeph: "In gratitude to Nem'ro for all he has done, I spoke to my... misguided brothers. But they will not return Nem'ro's metals."
  • Why? ("They won't even negotiate?")
  • Don't worry. ("It's okay. You tried your best. What went wrong?")
  • Worthless fool. ("You think you can lie to me? You're probably working with the rest of the Evocii.")
Odeph: "No. I know that our survival is a privilege. I would not betray Nem'ro."

Odeph: "The tribes--they stole the shipment to spite the Hutts, and to use for themselves. They will make weapons. Machines. They took the metals to their great village in the swamps. Only a beast or a shadow can enter--seek the shipment there, if you wish."
  • That's all I need. ("Thank you. You've been a great help.")
Odeph: "I only do my part. I only want peace."
  • Can I assist you somehow? ("Your help is appreciated. Can I repay you?")
Odeph: "I ask for nothing. But... you may walk in our camp. There are other who have their own needs. Farewell, offworlder."
  • You better be right. ("Feel lucky I'm letting you live, Odeph--unless I find out you're lying.")
Odeph: "You will not. I only want peace."

Path 2[]

Odeph: "The other tribes... the Evocii who refuse peace... it was--it was they who attacked your shipment. You have given us homes and work. I help you willingly--but the tribes will not return Nem'ro's metals."
  • Why? ("They won't even negotiate?")
  • Don't worry. ("It's okay. You tried your best. What went wrong?")
  • Worthless fool. ("You think you can lie to me? You're probably working with the rest of the Evocii.")
Work Camp Thug: "Damn creep."
Odeph: "I would not...

Work Camp Thug: "All right, chief. Let's get you a medpac or two. You've had a busy day..."
  • Can I assist you somehow? ("Your help is appreciated. Can I repay you?")
Odeph: "I ask for nothing. But... you may walk in our camp. There are other who have their own needs. Farewell, offworlder."
Work Camp Thug: "All right, chief. Let's get you a medpac or two. You've had a busy day..."
  • You better be right. ("Feel lucky I'm letting you live, Odeph--unless I find out you're lying.")
Odeph: "You will not. I only want peace."
Work Camp Thug: "All right, chief. Let's get you a medpac or two. You've had a busy day..."

4th Cutscene -- Nem'ro's Palace[]

Kaliyo Djannis: "Slow down, Blade. Stay with me a while--we haven't had a chance to talk. I'm Kaliyo. Nem'ro puts me in charge of the good stuff: his guns, his troops... the safety of his little palace. You can spare some time for me, right?"
  • All right. ("I have a minute. What can I do for you?")
Kaliyo Djannis: "So sweet, and so polite. And here I figured you'd be eager to head back outside, blow the heads off a few locals."
  • (Male only) [Flirt] Sure, gorgeous. ("Who am I to say "no" to a woman like you?")
Kaliyo Djannis: "Good answer. People who say "no" are never very interesting."
  • (Female only) I don't have much time. ("I'm in sort of a hurry right now. You'll have to make it quick.")
Kaliyo Djannis: "Probably eager to get back outside--blow the heads off a few locals, see who's stupid enough to act tough. I'm more interesting. Promise."
  • No. ("I really can't. Sorry.")
Kaliyo Djannis: "Probably eager to get back outside--blow the heads off a few locals, see who's stupid enough to act tough. I'm more interesting. Promise."

(If you killed Dheno Rey) Kaliyo Djannis: "You've got a nasty reputation, you know. I hear you went and murdered poor Dheno Rey right on this spot. What was that about, Blade?"
  • No idea. ("He came after me; I just defended myself.")
Kaliyo Djannis: "It's too bad. He had a pretty face before you messed with it. Me, I'm betting you and Dheno had something else going on. You had a reason for coming to Nem'ro's house--maybe money, maybe power."
  • It was an old rivalry. ("Dheno and I go way back. He had it coming.")
Kaliyo Djannis: "It's too bad. He had a pretty face before you messed with it. Me, I'm betting you and Dheno had something else going on. You had a reason for coming to Nem'ro's house--maybe money, maybe power."
  • What do you mean? ("I don't know what you're talking about.")
Kaliyo Djannis: "Sure you don't. That corpse had nothing to do with you. Oh, well. I thought you might keep me busy, at least. Nem'ro's got me executing laborers, torching houses, and it gets dull."

(If you did not kill Dheno Rey) Kaliyo Djannis: "You've got a nasty reputation, you know. I can't help wondering: Why would the Red Blade finally visit the house of Nem'ro?"
  • What do you think? ("You've given it thought--why don't you tell me?")
Kaliyo Djannis: "I think you want what everyone wants: money, power. Maybe stir things up a little."
  • (Male only) [Flirt] I needed a break. ("Truth is, I'm just looking for fresh company.")
Kaliyo Djannis: "Is that right? Aw. You must get soft and lonely out there in space."
  • That's not your concern. ("You have a problem with me, talk to the Hutt. My business is with Nem'ro.")
Kaliyo Djannis: "Maybe, but so long as Nem'ro and I are sharing a palace, his business is my business, too."

Kaliyo Djannis: "I like to think you'll be trouble, Blade. You'll be bloodthirsty. Treacherous. Because I could enjoy keeping my eye on a bloodthirsty, treacherous pirate.
  • You'll be disappointed. ("I'm not going to be trouble.")
Kaliyo Djannis: "Shh. Don't spoil the moment."
  • (Male only) Sounds like a good time. ("I could enjoy being watched.")
Kaliyo Djannis: "Maybe we'll get along after all."
  • (Female only) That's a little twisted. ("You've got a strange idea of fun, lady.")
Kaliyo Djannis: "I get bored easily. Even Hutt perversions get old after a while."
  • I'm warning you... ("Do what you want. Just stay out of my way.")
Kaliyo Djannis: "Touchy. I can deal with touchy."

Kaliyo Djannis: "If you are trouble, take your time. I'd hate to stick a blaster to your head or a slave collar around your neck before I've seen everything you can do. That's all I wanted to say. You can go now."
  • Thanks. ("It's been a pleasure, Kaliyo.")
Kaliyo Djannis: "Of course it has."
  • It's not that easy. ("You think you can make a threat like that and then just dismiss me?")
Kaliyo Djannis: "I just did, didn't I?"
  • Be careful. ("Watch your back, Kaliyo.")
Kaliyo Djannis: "I'll watch yours. You can watch mine."

5th Cutscene -- Nem'ro's Palace[]

Karrels Javis: "Fa'athra will not stop his mining operations. He's going to keep tapping our gas pocket and cut our supply in half."
Toth'lazhen: "And when Fa'athra's customers see he can't refine the gas like we can, they'll return to us. What is the problem, then?"
Karrels Javis: "Don't play dumb with me, Toth'lazhen. Fa'athra doesn't need to steal our customers if he doesn't leave us any gas to sell. And we can't uproot him without help--"
Toth'lazhen: "I will not discuss this in front of an outsider, Karrels! Enough!"
Karrels Javis: "Idiot. Sorry about Toth'lazhen, Blade--"legitimate" business brings out the worst in us. Makes me miss actual crime, you know? But it looks like you're about to brighten my day--you find the shipment?"
  • Got it. ("I have it right here--delivered as promised.")
  • Are you paying? ("If you have my money, then I've got your shipment.")
Karrels Javis: "You sound like my kids."
  • Barely. What a mess. ("Next time, you can muck through the swamp yourself.")
Karrels Javis: "Afraid of getting your hands dirty? Heh... sound like my kids."

Karrels Javis: "The fee's been transferred to your account--you'll have access by the time you're back at your apartments. You earned every credit. I'd buy you a drink in the cantina, but I need to have a chat with Nem'ro. We should talk more another time, though--you do good work."
  • We should do that. ("I appreciate it, Karrels. Good luck with the Hutt.")
Karrels Javis: "Right. I'll need it."
  • We'll meet again. ("Always looking for business. Just say the word, Karrels.")
Karrels Javis: "Then I'll see you when I see you."
  • Whatever. ("I'll be around. No promises, though.")
Karrels Javis: "Then I'll see you when I see you."

6th Cutscene -- Nem'ro's Palace[]

Keeper: "The operation is proceeding well, agent. Thanks to your intervention, Karrels Javis will once again have Nem'ro's ear. I took note of your meeting with Nem'ro's security chief, Kaliyo. You handled yourself well. Still, be on your guard. We've identified her as a freelance assassin, enforcer and anarchist. She's been attached to a dozen employers in half as many years, using several different aliases."
  • Any more information? ("What's she doing with Nem'ro?")
Keeper: "Unknown. In all likelihood, she needed the credits--and if she truly has no loyalty to the Hutt, we may be able to use her in the future."
  • Understood. ("I'll be cautious.")
Keeper: "She's a wild card. She may prove a liability, but she could also prove very useful. Watch her."
  • Want her dead? ("Killing her wouldn't be any trouble. I can lure her somewhere isolated.")
Keeper: "She's a wild card. She may prove a liability, but she could also prove very useful. Watch her."

Keeper: "On to more immediate concerns: Nem'ro operates a major shvash gas mine on Hutta. The Empire wants access to Nem'ro's refined gas. Unfortunately, Fa'athra is tapping the same gas pocket as Nem'ro. We need to destroy Fa'athra's operations in the Rust Yards before Nem'ro's grinds to a halt."
  • I see. ("So it's a sabotage mission.")
Keeper: "That's correct."
  • So why do we need Nem'ro? ("Can't we just buy the gas from Fa'athra, instead?")
Keeper: "Nem'ro's refineries produce shvash usable as a precision explosive. Fa'athra can't refine the gas to the same degree, and he's wasting it by trying."
  • I like this. ("You don't know how long I've been waiting to blow something up.")
Keeper: "Then you may enjoy this."

Keeper: "You will travel to Fa'athra's mining facility and place explosives in the drill shaft, destroying the equipment and collapsing part of the gas pocket. You'll need to strip a uniform and credentials off the facility guards to pass the final security checkpoint. A working disguise is imperative."
  • Might not be easy. ("What if I can't find a guard in my size?")
Keeper: "I'm sure you'll make do."
  • Got it. ("Should be straightforward.")
  • I'd rather fight. ("Who needs a disguise when I can shoot my way in?")
Keeper: "Shoot your way through the Rust yards, if you like--but the automated security won't let anyone unauthorized into the drill chamber."

Keeper: "Your disguise may not hold up under close inspection, so avoid conversation. The explosives have already been delivered to your room. Once you're finished, go back to Karrels Javis and make sure he knows what happened. Take the credit, if you like."
  • Done. ("It'll be handled. Is there anything else?")
  • I won't be long. ("I'll be back soon.")
  • Fine. ("Let's get this over with.")

Keeper: "One more thing, agent: Darth Jadus pays increasing attention to your work. He will reward success or failure appropriately, and I will not intervene. Report back after you've destroyed the mine and informed Karrels of the results. Keeper out."
