Skill Mentors are NPCs that can reset player's Discipline and refund skill points. This is known as re-specializing or respeccing. They can be found in major cities such as Dromund Kaas or Coruscant and on the Imperial and Republic Fleets.
Cost
The first time a character resets their skills, there is no cost. Subsequent skill resets increase in price dependent on the character's level. This can reach a maximum of 
99,999. The cost to respec is reset 7 days after the initial skill reset.
