A lightsaber is a melee weapon used by Jedi and Sith. It consists of a hilt, which changes the rating and level of the lightsaber; a color crystal, which changes the color of the blade(s); and a mod and enhancement.

Wielding a lightsaber

Jedi and Sith wield different types and number of lightsabers, depending on their class.

• Single blade, single lightsaber: Jedi Guardian, Jedi Sage, Sith Juggernaut, Sith Sorcerer
• Single blade, dual wielded lightsabers: Jedi Sentinel, Sith Marauder
• Dual blade, single lightsaber: Jedi Shadow, Sith Assassin
