We started The Lumberjacks in World of WarCraft, a setting where cutting lumber seems more appropriate, but as it is part of our identity, we stuck with it heading into Star Wars, because even in Star Wars, someone has to fell the trees.
Our goal is to focus on 8 player operations, on the Niman EU PvP server. Raiding hours, are from 18:45 to 22:00 GMT, Monday to Thursday. Also bare in mind we aim to do extra raids occasionally when new content/progress demands it.
In regards to Loot, at the moment we will be using a Loot Council to ensure loot goes to where it upgrades our raid the most, over time, if addons become available, this may change.
New woodcutter trialists will face a maximum of one month fetching coffee. If we see right away that you've got wood in your veins you may be promoted to a full Lumberjack sooner. Our ranks aren’t the usual GM, officer, member, etc; we chose more timber oriented terms to reflect our philosophy of thriving ferociously while keeping a sane mind through laughter.

About Us[edit source]
Our aim is primarily to have fun, but ensure that we do the best we can, progress as much as we can, and to always push for these things. We want to be raiding the Nightmare content, the hardest content we can get our hands on.
Lumberjacks the Unyielding[edit source]
So we went back to Karagga's Palace today for our second Nightmare clear, and managed to do the timed run, netting us a shiny new title!

First Night of Nightmare - 7/10[edit source]
So today we finally started Nightmare today, starting with Eternity Vault we went through the first four bosses pretty smoothly. While there are a few changes in the numbers, it generally wasn't too much of a problem until Soa. He's quite a step up again from his Hard Mode version, seeing that he would maybe take a little while longer, we decided to head over to Karagga's Palace for the rest of the raid and we managed to get the first three bosses down before deciding to call it a night.

Karagga's Palace Hard Mode Cleared[edit source]
So we went to Eternity Vault on Hardmode tonight for the first time, and after encountering a bugged Ancient Pylons encounter, and having to reset the instance a few times, we decided to take a break from the Vault and head over to Karagga's Palace. We managed to clear the place pretty easily, once we adjusted a few minor things here and there.
