Force Speed is a Jedi Consular and Sith Inquisitor ability, trainable at level 16. When you use it, you immediately gain 150% speed (total 250%) for 2 seconds. The ability is off-gcd and does not break stealth.
It is the main mobility ability of both base classes, allowing you to quickly move into position or out of troubles. Since you retain full movement control for the duration, you can dash around corners and obstacles, or kite enemies side way when you use Force Speed.
