After completing quest and saving residents of Uphrades, Doctor Senessa sends this message.

Subject: News from Uphrades
I would have sent this earlier, but we just now got communications back up; Uphrades is still suffering the effects of Darth Angral's superweapon. It's going to take some time before we can leave the surface, but we've stabilized the situation.
Turns out we were right--there were survivors on Uphrades! They were in rough shape, but most of them are going to make it thanks to the medical supplies on our ship. If you hadn't stepped in with Captain Dal, we might never have touched down to help; hundreds of people owe you their lives.
